The strength of an IT product rests on 3 pillars. The quality of the product, the quality of the team carrying out the deployment, and the support the vendor offers after deployment. With any of the 3 pillars missing, the assessment of the product will definitely be discounted.

At Sproutapps, we seek to achieve the highest standards there is in each of the 3 areas.

Product. Sprout-labeled products were developed entirely by our own developers. Each product originated from a project previously undertaken. Through the evolvement of the project, the product had been reviewed, improved and subsequently deployed. Through our support regime, the product went under more post-production scrutinies and changes. As we deployed to more customers, the quality of the product improved. Recognising the need to carry more products to serve our customers, we seek out other quality products to complement our product suite. We had assessed the products with the same criteria as our clients. When they had passed our tests, we know that they will pass the client's.

Deployment. For each deployment, our analysts and engineers will sit with the client to go through a checklist of items essential for the deployment. The checklist had been used and improved from each deployment. This had proven so far to be a systematic and thorough way to kick-start the deployment process. The product will be tweaked in certain ways to ensure that it runs accordingly to the customer's requirements.

Support. The deployment team will continue to support the client post-deployment. Since the deployment team is already very much aware of the client's requirements, it makes no sense for an entirely new team to take over. That way, we can ensure seamless support from deployment to post-deployment. The advantage of the same team in the support cycle carries over in the form of speedy responses to situations. Thus, the clients will enjoy higher system up-time and faster turn-around time in their queries.
